Your Role

We are now looking for two Miners for the Kristineberg mine who want to be part of a larger context and work with mining ore and waste rock – what an opportunity for you! The mining is done mechanically and we work with a so-called cycle from drilling to loading, blasting, mucking, loading, and rock reinforcement with shotcrete and bolting. We are moving towards a technology-driven world and working with modernization and new technology in the mine; are you interested and want to be part of this exciting journey with us? Are you responsible and self-driven with the ability to handle freedom without compromising safety, quality, and results? Then this is the job for you!

The work is done in shifts every other week (odd weeks) and varies between mornings and afternoons, known as 7–7.

Your Tasks

• Mining ore and waste rock
• Participating in the entire cycle, from drilling to loading, blasting, mucking, loading, and rock reinforcement with shotcrete and bolting
• Close collaboration between shift teams and other departments such as electricians, miners, mechanics, and other internal and external colleagues

Your Contribution

• High school diploma and education or experience in mining work
• Experience with machinery
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Computer skills
• Driver's license for passenger car
• It is an advantage if you have experience working as a miner or machine operator
